Good Experience Overall, Stained Khakis Were a Let down
"Overall, I had a solid experience with Good Good Golf. I ordered a polo and two pairs of pants. The polo and one pair of pants were exactly what I expected—good fit, comfortable, and quality materials. I did have an issue with sizing on my first pair of pants, but the exchange process was quick and hassle-free. I was able to request a different length and get the replacement without any problems, which I appreciated. The only real downside was the khaki pants I received in the second shipment—they arrived with several stains. I was able to wash most of them out, but a couple of faint marks are still there. At that point, I didn’t feel like going through another exchange, so I decided to keep them and move on. Overall, customer service and the exchange process were great, and most of the order met expectations. Just a bit disappointing on the quality control with the stained pants."
