"Absolute worst customer service in the industry. Hats were squat up with other items on top of them, arrived deformed. Can’t get an answer back from them after countless emails. If you look at their Instagram it’s tons of comments from other customers who can’t get an answer back yet they comment on all other comments. Do better. Don’t recommend buying anything from this company. So sad to see an industry giant that makes millions from its customers ignore them for months."
