"My merch arrived and most of it is great however there was a sizing error in my order and I attempted to contact customer support immediately after checking out and then at least 6 times since - via every help & support email address I could find, replying directly to my order confirmation and through Instagram. Unfortunately nobody has responded to me at all. While the merch is good quality the lack of customer service has left me very disappointed"
