"Jacket runs small. I had ordered 2 mediums but had to return them and exchanged for 2 larges. The return process is terrible. I had to email to find out why I hadn’t gotten my jackets. I found out one jacket was rejected and they refunded me and one large jacket is being replaced. Even though both jackets were in the same package. I got the jackets on a sale for $44. 00 each. The only answer they game me was I could order a new one for $88. I’m very disappointed with their customer service and may not order again knowing they don’t care about their customers."
