TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Eligibility:
The Good Good Golf Exclusive Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is open to legal residents of the contiguous United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Good Good Golf and EA Carts are not eligible to participate.
2. Giveaway Period:
The Giveaway begins on 11/3/2024 and ends on 12/3/2024 (the "Giveaway Period"). All entries must be received by 12/3/2024 at 11:59pm Central to be considered.
3. How to Enter:
Participants can enter the Giveaway by following these steps:
- Follow Good Good Golf and EA Carts on Instagram.
- Fill out the form on the landing page goodgoodgolf.com/pages/good-good-ea-carts-giveaway
- Gain additional entry for every $25 spent on goodgoodgolf.com 11/3/24 – 12/3/24.
Prize:
One winner will receive a brand new golf cart. The specific model and features will be determined by Good Good Golf and EA Carts. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives. Shipping costs associated with the delivery of the golf cart will be covered by Good Good Golf but cannot exceed $1,500. Any additional shipping costs will be the responsibility of the winner.
5. Winner Selection:
The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries after the Giveaway Period ends. The winner must be a resident of the contiguous United States and will be notified via direct using the contact information provided in the form. The winner must respond within 5 days to claim the prize.
6. Publicity:
By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to allow Good Good Golf and EA Carts to use their name, likeness, and social media handles for promotional purposes without further compensation unless prohibited by law.
7. Disqualification:
Good Good Golf and EA Carts reserve the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in fraudulent activity.
8. Liability Limitation:
Good Good Golf and EA Carts are not responsible for any technical issues, human errors, or other problems that may prevent participation in the Giveaway or receipt of the prize.
9. Governing Law:
This Giveaway will be governed by the laws of the state of Texas. By participating, you agree to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Texas for the resolution of any disputes.
10. Agreement to Terms:
By participating in the Giveaway, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Good Good Golf and EA Carts, which are final and binding in all respects.
