"Awesome “dad” hat!!! Haha I golf twice a week & range work in between, so I’ll need another one at some point. I am aware of your challenges of late and I am looking for you to pivot this into making your team stronger, closer, and more aware of your impact. Before I retired I was a leader of people and would teach three basic topics to the team. 1) don’t be afraid to ask for or offer help 2) applied strategy & tactics at the least must have a 51 to 49% ratio to be successful at the minimum levels. 3) what impact do you leave in a situation, conversation, or relationship when you walk away?
